  Thankyou for your excellent construction work on our house extention project. Farrugia Construction has done an excellent job at a very competitive price and you have been a pleasure to work with
  
  The project involved extending our house both front and rear, to create three rooms where there had been one and involved installing large new patio doors, an unusual and complicated trench radiator, new velux skylights, altering the driveway and the front and creating a new patio at the rear. Substantial steel joists replaced the original walls to support the floor above.
  
  We are extremely please to find a builder who takes such pride in the quality of his work and also in going the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied.
  
  Getting the team started when you said you would and then keeping going continuously until the job is complete, as you said you would. It has made the whole project much quicker and less stressful than would have been the case with a less well organized builder.
  
  The result had taken our vision and implemented it excellently, you also offered good advice along the way - Your recommended suppliers have been very good.
  
  Having a workforce almost continually in the house over a period of more that two moths can be hard going but you and your team have made it a pleasure. The various craftmen have all been pleasant and almost always remarkably tidy, we have enjoyed having them in the house.
  
  We will not hesitate to recommend Farrugia Construction and will be happy to show the completed extension to any prospective clients who would like to see your finished work

  "I needed a building Team who would be great communicators, keeping me informed and giving me advice, essential when undertaking any building project. Combine that with skill, professionalism and a sense of humour and that is exactly what the team from Farrugia Construction provided! Everbody paid great attention to detail and had immemse pride in their work. This without a doubt ensured that the end result was exactly, if not better than i anticipated.

  "Farrugia Construction are simply about quality and delivery.
  
  As part of my extension project they have worked with me throughout - producing high quality build results and finished ahead of schedule. Samy Farrugia's team are reliable,capable, friendly and skilled. They understand the demands building places on owners - and they go to great lenghts to work to schedule and the environment. They also understand about heritiage and design - they are innovative in build - and have ideas to bring to the party. Its more than a building service.
  
  You get what you pay for in building - and in Farrugia Construction you will get a high spec build that stand the test of time. Don't skimp is my advice in construction projects, and for that reason, I am more than happy to recommend to anyone considering construction - and equally invite you to see the results at my house. Farrugia Construction deliver. Simple.
