Training Designer and Task book Training Manager
Training Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Designer and Task book Training Manager to join the Royal Navy's training partner.
Purpose
To manage and co-ordinate the Royal Saudi Naval Force (RSNF) Marine Engineering (ME) and Weapon Engineering (WE) Technicians during their Dockyard (Portsmouth) and Task book (Saudi) training phases. To also design the ME & WE training programmes that will be used to facilitate training in Portsmouth Dockyard and in the Ship Repair Facility in Saudi.
Key Objectives of the Job:
Portsmouth Dockyard (Adult and Apprenticeship Training Centre)
Design and develop ME and WE Technician Dockyard training plans.
Directly liaise with BAE Systems Surface Ships Adult and Apprenticeship Training Centre for dockyard training plans to be developed and delivered.
Design and prepare comprehensive notes in handbook form to accompany the dockyard training syllabus.
To provide mentoring support to the technicians during their dockyard vocational training phase.
