I also use their reviews as a link on my website which is great.   As you are aware, I have tried a great many methods for promoting my utilities business through different mediums over the past 5 years - from leaflets to postcards, and from Websites to airwaves; from booklets and brochures, to newspapers and magazines. Now, from bitter experience I have come to realise that most are exceedingly expensive and pretty ineffective. What is even more frustrating is that once the sales person has my money, they are clearly not at all interested in me or my business, and little effort goes into understanding my service, what I do or into really supporting me to market my business through their medium.
  
  Naturally, I was rather sceptical about you and your service when I first heard about Citylocal. I am however absolutely delighted that I decided to try it out. You very quickly set my mind at ease that I was dealing with a sincere, committed, thorough and professional person. Over the past several months, you have consistently proved to me that my first impressions of you were absolutely spot on. I have never had anyone work so hard to understand and promote my business through their business ever before - and all for such a paltry sum. No, I don't want you to increase my charges, but I am astonished at the level of service I get for such an amazingly reasonable price.
  
  I am also most impressed with your creative skills and expertise that you have used to assist me to best present my business through Citylocal. This was not just in the days prior to going live on your site, but for weeks after you constantly came back with new and exciting suggestions to make my business more appealing to customers on your site. Besides considerable effort to get more customers to your site, and thus more potential clients for me, you have personally recommended my services to a number of people and businesses that would be excellent clients for me. I wish to thank you for your considerable efforts, which are most appreciated and for which I am most grateful.
