"I ran into David at a networking event and he talked about the need to service chimneys on a regular basis.I had a wood-burning stove installed in my house in Liss, Hants, three years ago and did not think it needed to be swept. David convinced me wood-burning stoves used for ambience should be swept once a year. He came to my house and showed me layers of black stuff up the chimney that should be removed.
