"I am James Sanderson and my company is Security and Personal Protection Solutions. We offer all aspects of Security, Personal Protection, Health and Safety and First Aid Training.

I am a scooter enthusiast and have a Vespa T5 Classic that I wanted spraying before undertaking a trip to Spain to attend a Scooter Rally. Because I'm very particular about the garage where I wanted the work done I had held out for months.

I met Martin Lawrence through Business Network International (BNI) and it became clear after talking to Martin that his business was conscientious and concerned with customer satisfaction. I decided to take the stripped down scooter to A & J Lawrence and was mightily impressed with the service I received. The treatment I received is not uncommon and I witnessed equally good service to other customers entering the premises.

They have finished the scooter and it is absolutely fabulous. When I picked it up the lads helped me load the parts and wrapped everything in bubble wrap to protect it. At every stage I have found the experience second to none. I have my car dealer serviced with Ford and thought they were good. A&J Lawrence knock spots off Ford and I am seriously considering ending the dealer service to go to A&J Lawrence.
