New Loft Conversion
"On deciding to have a loft conversion with ensuite bathroom, Plan My Home were recommended to me through a local builder.Within 24 hours Neil contacted me and arranged an evening appointment due to my work commitments. He listened to what we wanted and took into account our budget - he made constructive suggestions, which we have followed and we now have the extra bedroom and bathroom.
Neil came to our home on a number of occasions, over a Christmas period, in order to go through the drawings and to ensure we fully understood the plans and the way in which we were to move forward. The drawings were very clear and precise. Any questions raised by myself were answered without hesitation or annoyance.
Once the drawings were submitted to the Council, Neil copied us in on all correspondence and kept us up to date at all stages.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Plan My Home to anyone.
And what I thought was going to be an onerous exercise has turned out to be problem and stress free."
