What Is Zumba?....

Zumba is .... Part dance, part aerobics, latin based, carido dance fitness workout designed for EVERYONE!

Any age...
Any background...
Any fitness level...

NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Zumba is open to men & women no matter what your fitness level and is also suitable for younger individuals above the age of 12 providing they are accompanied by a participating adult. Zumbatomic for children under 12 COMING SOON!

You can't really define Zumba, you have to experience it. So come on... Come join the party... Let's ZUMBA!
