This is a unique opportunity to work within an integrated acute model, where you will have the opportunity to work across all 3 areas of acute including, in-patient, home treatment and crisis. Our unit has gained AIMS accreditation at the highest level and this is testament to the excellent team that works within Pelham Lodge. The post offers an exciting opportunity to gain a wide variety of skills in assessment, care planning and implementation in a variety of settings. You will follow the service user through their acute journey which will offer continuity for our clients but will also offer you the opportunity to co-ordinate care. We are looking for a self motivated, dynamic individual with the people skills to engage with a variety of service users. The successful applicant will deliver care that they would wish their loved ones to receive and we will not accept anything less than this from our staff.
