Gloucestershire David Cameron fined for untidy garden

A man has been ordered to pay a court £900 for refusing to tidy his rubbish-filled garden.

David Cameron, of Ivory Close, Tuffley, Gloucester, was prosecuted by the city's council for repeatedly ignoring orders to clean up the land.

The council got involved after neighbours complained of mice running into their properties from the garden.

Gloucester Magistrates gave the Conservative leader's namesake 14 days to pay a £400 fine and £500 costs.
