Burglary witness appeal
On July 18 at 2:15am in Lansdowne Ave, Fareham, a 59 year old man was asleep in bed when he heard a door closing. He went downstairs and found that his wife's handbag had been gone through and several items had been stolen, including a credit card, a debit card, two mobile phones and a purse containing £60 cash.
"We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anyone acting suspiciously. We'd also like to speak to anyone who has seen someone with new mobile phones or an unexplained amount of cash, or been offered a mobile phone for sale."
