  "“Natalie was resident Physiotherapist at the Nuffield gym Vodafone HQ when I suffered from 2 separate issues: a strained achilles and an ankle fracture, both of which were sustained while playing netball.
  
  The advice and treatment that Natalie gave me meant that on both occasions I was able to return to training and playing netball much earlier than I had anticipated. She went out of her way to understand the extent of my fracture by contacting the hospital that had treated me in order to tailor my programme of treatment appropriately.
