Modis are looking to recruit a Workflow Scheduler (ITIL Service Manager) required to work in Livingston to oversee the IT Support team call queue for both ITIL incident and Problem resolutions, as well as Change request completions.
The IT Support team is based UK wide and as such you will have excellent co-ordination and communication abilities, with the expertise to work with remote teams of IT engineers.
Range of responsibilities
- Participate in internal and external audits, eg demonstrate the teams' usage of ITIL processes
- Validate and assign tickets to the IT Support Teammates (Technical Specialists)
- Actively manage the monitoring and resolution of stalled or breached incidents
- Ensure ticket quality and min data set are met
- Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident Management process; Manage the workflow of the Incident Management Process
- Produce management details reports to assist the Team Leader in running the team efficiently.
