My client is seeking an experienced platform designer with broad skills to progress components of the self service workstream. The self service workstream has had a very high-level design. Self-Service is a key component of the refresh project, improving responsiveness and flexibility for the customer and reducing costs.
The project will produce web based self service portals providing the following functionality:
A user friendly front end
A reporting portal for application usage "app store" and licensing compliance
A portal for delegated admin tasks within the existing active directory solution
A portal for interaction with the LANDesk SD product used by the SSOC shared service desk
You will refine existing very high designs and produce detailed solution designs
Existing SCCM 2007 delivery back end
Active Directory delegated admin product selection and integration
