A truly professional service with no hassle
"I got in touch with Phil as he had completed some work for me in the past, namely replacing all of my ridge tiles and re-rendering the sides of my porch roof. I was so impressed with his professionalism and high standards of workmanship, I wondered if he might know of any reputable double glazing installers as I wanted my house completely re-double glazed.
As it turns out, Phil is also a double glazing specialist and so I asked him to provide me with a quote. He turned up at the appointed time and gave me an honest, no nonsense appraisal of the work required and after some initial consultation as to my requirements recommended a suitable product.
The double glazing units turned up fairly quickly and they were installed by Phil and his team with the minimum of disruption. They took the time to ensure that each window was perfect and my wife and I are very pleased.
The price he gave us was extremely reasonable compared to others, however we did not sacrifice on quality. All snags were efficiently dealt with (there were only a couple) and with the minimum of fuss.
We were so impressed, we decided to get our hallway, stairs and top landing re-painted by Nicky, another member of his team. This was also faultless.
A truly remarkable and honest tradesman. I wish that everyone was like this.

"Jaysters catered for over 100 people at our joint Silver wedding/21st Birthday celebrations in September 2009. They were efficient, reliable, helpful and, most importantly, produced fabulous food. Chefs, waitresses and front of house, together with Bronwyn and Phil covered all aspects required at a marquee event at a private house from checking the guests were warm and the heating adequate to carving a magnificent spread of meats. I will be happy to recommend them and to use them again for any catering I should require.

"I contacted Phil (by finding his company on this site) to price our flat re-roof and he came the very next morning. He actually told us that because our roof was only 5 years old we should get the man who originally did it to come back and replace it, how nice was that to talk himself out of work. When we explained we wanted the rubberbond EPDM on the roof as it lasts for 50 years, he agreed to do the job and gave us a very reasonable quote. Phil and his team turned up on time, on the agreed day and got started straight away. The team were extremely tidy and efficient and had the roof done in 1 day with no inconvenience to us at all. Phil told us he'd seen a broken tile on the other side of our roof and he put a new tile on while he was doing our job, how dedicated.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Phil, Nicky(a great lady roofer) and the team to anyone needing roof repairs.

Fabulous job
"I was introduced to Phil and Nicky of Roof Craft by my cousin while they were assessing her own flat roof. As we lived in the same village, Phil drove straight around to our house to assess the flat roof over our bay window. As suspected, the roof needed replacing and Phil sent us a quote within a couple of days. We thought the price was really great as the roofing product he uses has a 50-year life span and a 20-year guarantee. Once we accepted Roof Craft's quote, they were there within days to replace the roof and all of the guttering to ensure that our flat roof will remain protected for years to come.
Phil and Nicky turned up when they said they would and took just one day to remove our old roof and replace it with their rubber product. They were quick, efficient and left the area clean and tidy. They removed a whole chunk of guttering which wasn't needed and fitted new guttering to the area that needed replacing.
All in all, Phil and Nicky did a great job, with minimal fuss and our guarantee ensures that our new roof is covered for years to come - thank you!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofcraft
"Having considered all available methods of flat roof covering I finally chose the fleece backed EPDM solution.
The local installer for this happened to be Roofcraft.
A call to them got Phil out the following day to measure up.
What followed was a comprehensive explanation of the process involved, the methods of fixing, the methods of finishing, the guarantee, and an extra addition I hadn't considered namely the Warmroof insulation on one of the roofs.
That initail contact certainly convinced me(one of lifes suspicious and pernikety individuals) that this was the company to be dealing with.
Phil followed up with a comprehensive written quote and from there a convenient date was set for the work.
That work certainly bore out the earlier conviction. Over two days despite a number of rain interuptions Phil and Nicola(yep a lady roofer) set too and covered the two roofs.
The work, the materials, the explanations throughout and the attention to detail more than matched my afore mentioned perniketyness.
Most impressed and pleased with the whole process and more than happy with the roofs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofcraft to anyone who was considering or needing to have flat roof recovered.

I chose them due to their use of environmental products, which I think of as very important. I was expecting to pay a premium for a 'greener cleaner' but have found them to be excellent value for money. The staff are always friendly and professional, and Gracinda was very helpful in tailoring me a suitable service to suit my requirements.
