Dereham community business networking, an informal way of meeting like-minded business people and generating new business opportunities

Held every last Thursday of the month, a group of ­local business people will be meeting to share their ideas, discuss new ways of generating business, and enjoy an evening of light-hearted banter over a drink or two.

Far from being strictly scheduled like some other networking concepts, the idea behind Dereham community business networking is that of a relaxed, informal gathering where guests can mingle freely and meet fellow business owners. By spending time getting to know one another, we should be able to develop strong relationships that will, in turn, lead to business referrals.

There are no hard and fast rules as to who would be welcome and members are encouraged to bring along guests who they feel could benefit from networking in this way. The venue will also be open to suggestion, as this may encourage people from further afield to attend.
