This is very practical and will suit novices and martial artists alike.
Not only will you learn very practical self defence, but you will be empowered by training that immediately gives you new assertiveness skills, confidence and the ability to control your own anger and deal with bullies of whatever age. We teach people to be able to deter threats and stop them looking like a victim - achieved by being assertive rather than aggressive or passive.
This will deal with 80% of threats. For the rest and to ensure that all students know that they can do it if they had to - we have the MADMAXMAN - a heavily padded aggressor who will really test your new-found skills.
Don't worry - you are very safe, but we don't make it easy, because we want you to leave having already dealt with challenging situations - and triumphed!
