For Derby health and wellbeing contact this group of local practitioners who will be able to give you advice on how to get healthy and feel your best from top to toe this year.

It’s a great opportunity to access a range of services which you may never have considered before, enabling you to open your eyes to new and exciting health and wellbeing therapies, and they are all under one roof!

The next show will be held at the Mackworth Hotel, Derby on Sunday 4th March  between 10am and 4pm. You will find information about all the members of the group on their website www.derbywellbeing.co.uk. 

For advice on weight loss there are several options. Choose from the Cambridge diet, health supplements from Synergy or talk to Irene Lambert, Hypnotherapist who will explain how the Virtual Gastric Band works.  If you have a niggling pain in your shoulder which you would like to resolve, come along to see Spencer Coleman who specialises in sports injuries or Mercia College who can assist with healthcare at home. Cosmetics and jewellery are available from Vie at Home, and Harvey Luke Hair  are on hand for hair and beauty advice together with lots more health and wellbeing practitioners.
