Our beautifully restored property provides guests with unpretentious, quality, yet luxurious exclusive accommodation in our rooms and suites in beautiful surroundings near Penzance. Originally built in 1904 for the artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes as their family home, the property now offers visitors luxury suites with their own en suite bathrooms and mini kitchens that include a fridge, microwave, toaster as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Higher Faugan Parc is located within the historic harbour town of Newlyn in the west of the county and we have our own registered helipad with a large area of lawn for our guests to use at their leisure. Our property is located in large private grounds in a peaceful location that is accessed via a 500 metre long driveway. We are ideally located for guests wishing to enjoy the beautiful countryside and coastline of this part of the county as well as those who are interested in many of the outdoor activities on offer such as surfing and coasteering.

Whilst our exclusive luxury rooms and suites provide guests with a complementary continental breakfast, we do not have our own restaurant as we have found that many guests prefer to choose to dine at one of the many fine restaurants in the area such as Harris’s in Penzance. Of course, there are many fine restaurants in the county and this is just an example of a local restaurant.

We offer our guests exclusive and luxury surroundings in either our standard rooms or superior suites and include LCD TV with comfortable seating and ambience that are designed to relax and help our guests unwind.

We believe we offer the highest standard of exclusive rooms and luxury suites in the area that gives our guests the freedom to do as they please. Holidays are about taking it easy end enjoying a relaxing break and we work to ensure all our guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

Our suites normally sleep two however, they can accommodate up to four people if our sofa beds are used. All rooms and suites are serviced daily for your comfort.
