Hi,  My name is David Williamson.  I am the owner of Citylocal Cornwall, a community based information source that includes information about local businesses in Cornwall.

A brief overview of my background:

Qualified Electronics Engineer

Worked in the Defence Industry for 7 years

Worked in the Optical Media market (CD/DVD) for 20 years in the UK and Texas

Started my own distribution and Internet Fulfillment Business in 2006.  Sold on in 2008 following the death of my Wife of 22 years to focus on looking after the children.

Actively involved (for 14 years) in helping customers find cost-effective solutions to meet their requirements, I started looking for another business venture that would enable me to actively support customers to achieve their goals.  After much searching, I found Citylocal.  I liked their approach to business.  It was straightforward, uncomplicated and above all ethical.

I strive continually to provide customers with a great service and utilise the best social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook to further promote their business.  And Citylocal Cornwall now has its own 'Channel" on YouTube where we post videos for our customers. 

We operate ethically and believe testimonials from our customers reflect this.

My aims for the website are:

To provide the community in Cornwall with an invaluable resource

One site where they can find a large amount of information

A truly personal service for businesses and the community alike

We have many useful features on the website such as a Free Classified Adverts section, local events and much more.
