Added to this, we have considerable experience in working on listed buildings where we can provide our customers with a wealth of services and experience in working with listed building conservation projects throughout Devon and the southwest including Church Quinquennial Inspections and Surveys.

Our methodical approach to your design requirements enables us to deliver a creative design that provides a positive and enriching environment. As experienced architects, we listen to our customer’s requirements to ensure the design we provide matches your vision whilst considering the practicalities of the overall design.

Initially, we start your project by conducting a feasibility study that includes a site assessment that enables us to provide a design concept that is sympathetic to the locale and includes an in-depth exploration of design options that consider this and your requirements. We will also advise on the use of a suitable mix of both modern and traditional materials that compliment each other. If desired, we can also incorporate stained glass, art and sculpture to enrich the design.

At the finalisation of the design process, we will prepare drawings, following your approval of the project, for planning purposes. We will also provide detailed construction drawings and all relevant information ready for submission in accordance with Building Regulations requirements.

Following approval, we will provide full and detailed drawings & schedules and specifications for the project ready for tender submission and can provide contract administration through to project completion.
