This intensive practical course combines Neuro Linguistic Programming with core coaching skills, once qualified you will have a flexible and dynamic approach to coaching supported by a wide range of tools which you can use to help your clients dramatically improve their lives.

Throughout the interactive process of learning, your self esteem will improve, you will begin to build better relationships, think more clearly, move closer to achieving your ambitions and goals, and even work will become more rewarding. Through learning to coach you help yourself while learning to help others.

Over the course and the supported coaching practice sessions that lie at the heart of our Coach training model, you will be taught tools and techniques and methods for supporting your clients, setting powerful goals, and moving forward.

The course covers everything you need to help your clients succeed, from.
• Setting up the coaching relationship.
• Exploring the key coaching competencies.
• Creating goals.
• Overcoming barriers.
• Generating possibilities.
• Changing beliefs.
• Taking action.

You will be trained in small groups of 3, using real life examples. There is some required reading, and you apply what you have learnt through practice, using the models and tools you have learnt as often as you can in your day to day life. We provide Coach Supervision sessions between modules, by phone, providing you with complete support between modules.

Gloria Hammett is a Counselling Psychotherapist, qualified at Post Graduate level as a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, and in addition has qualifications in Adult Education, Family Mediation and Coaching.
