"I am really satisfied. The lady on the phone was nice and responsive, carefully listened what I needed and made suggestions to help me decide what cleaning service I needed exactly. I finally booked deep cleaning, the price quoted seemed reasonable.
The cleaners themselves were young and keen on doing the job properly. Prior to coming home they called to say they might be late, as they were at some other location around London, but thankfully they made it on time, though I do appreciate that call. One of them was Bobby, but I really don't remember the other one's name, I am sorry. Anyways, they both did a great job, my carpets needed it for quite some time. As it was a deep cleaning that I got, it took about 4 hours to complete, but its totally worth it.
Overall, it was a great pleasure to have my place deep cleaned and I would not hesitate to use Home Cleaning London again. And I encourage you to do so, too."
