I love Pole-da-cise

"I started 3 years ago not believing it would make a difference and just did it for a giggle. Now after losing 3 stone and 2 dress sizes I can honestly say it is the best fitness dance class I have ever attended. I was in last years cabaret in aid of the wiltshire air ambulance appeal and for the first time I performed on stage and totally loved it. "
