SIMS Claims Services is a claims management service which supports the claims for Swiftcover.com. Swiftcover and SIMS are both distinct brands that operate under AXA Personal Lines Insurance. The relationship between Swiftcover and SIMS has been influential in the growth of the personal lines business and SIMS will be instrumental in supporting our ambitions in the direct insurance market.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Assistant to join our in house Legal department - Knight Legal Services.
The role
As a Litigation Assistant you will work with the Litigation Team in the issuing of court proceedings connected with road traffic accident claims on behalf of Swiftcover policy holders.

This is a varied and interesting role within a market leading insurance company and a great opportunity for a recent law graduate with some legal work experience.
