Gloucester-based financial services company is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their Administration team.
The role will involve :-
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal staff to resolve outstanding processing issues
- Providing feedback to the New Business Manager on ways to improve processes to improve customer queries
- Ensuring appropriate system records are made to provide adequate audit history
- Handle incoming phone calls and queries from dealers, delivering high-quality phone support and building trust by honouring promises and meeting deadlines.
- Investigating and resolving complex system ledger queries
- Checking and processing incoming finance contracts, including those of a complex nature, ensuring all documentation complies with legislative and policy qualifications
IT literacy, strong customer services and administrative skills, accuracy and attention to detail are all required for this position.
