An opportunity to join an expanding business in a stunning coastal location. We require a charismatic leader to create, develope and retain a strong, customer focused F&B team. You should be outgoing with a strong sense of style. Be comfortable with high volumes of business and running concurrent operations (e.g. wedding function in main function suite and a busy bar & restaurant). You should be passionate and knowledgeable about food & drink and have good background in high-quality operations. You should possess great people skills and be commercially aware.

The post carries a significant performance relatedbonus package.

We want you to become the face of our F&B operationreporting directly to the proprietor.
