My truffles are handmade with very high quality couverture chocolate. I create my own recipes, selecting specific origin chocolate that compliments each one. I don't add sugar or use concentrates, flavourings or artificial preservatives.

• Strawberries and basil in pear liqueur in 33% milk Javanese chocolate.
• Roasted garlic, black pepper, toasted almond and Calvados in Venezuelan chocolate 70%.
• Sour cherry and almond soaked in Armagnac in Costa Rican chocolate 64%.
• Sauteed sweet potato in butter and Tarragon, roasted almonds and Kentish cider in Tanzanian 75%.
