Leading IT Services Company based in Wokingham are actively looking to take on an additional Sales Support Executive to work with an existing group of clients working in conjunction with the sales and technical team helping with daily customer issues including the preparation of quotes and the maintaining of a high level of customer service.

Specialising in the IT Services market they provide a wide range of technical solutions to the public sector in particular schools and they are looking for a Sales Support Executive to deal with incoming queries from the clients escalating issues when required and acting as a primary point of contact. The role could involve a degree of selling but this will be more about up selling new products when required.
